Our Adapted Program offers adapted riding sessions for ages eight and up. We teach the rider the necessary skills to ride a horse as independently as possible. We are not a hippotherapy program where the movement of the horse is a treatment tool for physical, occupational or speech therapy. Sessions are one hour in length and no more than five riders in a session.

We are an adapted program, which means...

we do not have leaders;
-
we do not have side walkers;
-
we do not have therapists on staff;
-
we work with the rider at their pace.​
Riders must...
-
be a minimum of six years of age;
-
be able to mount/dismount using a ramp or mounting block with minimal assistance;
-
be able to support themselves on the horse;
-
be able to hold onto and use reins with both hands;
-
be able to give verbal commands to direct a horse;
-
and weigh less than 225 pounds.

Effective January 1, 2023, our current rates are as follows:
Weekly lesson - $214/month
Twice weekly lesson - $300/month
Twice per month lessons - $107/month
A la carte lessons $54 each
1/2 hour private lesson 2/month - $100/month
1/2 hour private lesson weekly - $200/month

Our Heros Program offers riding and activities for active duty or veteran military personnel and first responders to enhance their physical, emotional, and social well being. Sessions are an hour in length and no more than five riders in a session.

Effective January 1, 2023, the current rate is as follows:
Twice per month - $107/month
